Rhythm Congress was born in a warehouse on South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas. It features a lively rhythm section and large congress of horns playing horn-based rock, blues, and classic rhythm and blues.

Rhythm Congress is deeply saddened to lose our Dear Friend, and Baritone Sax player, Ernie Campos.
We will miss him, and are confident he is playing his Bari, in that great Big Band, in the sky.
